I had a difficult time getting through this book. At times I even found myself rolling my eyes and getting aggregated by the lack of story line. Rather, to compensate for the lack of a storyline, the main character would overreacted to every mundane and insignificant situation like a petulant bored drama queen teenager. The sexual innuendos were gag worthy with their lack of originality. I am not a fan of self-sabotaging plots. After reading two dud books in a row, I got my mojo back, just like Caroline (you'll have to read it to get it!) with Wallbanger! I decided I had to read this after seeing all of the 5 star reviews. And I am SO glad that I did! I haven't smiled and laughed so much at a book in a while!Oh the flirty banter in this book is AMAZE-BALLS! Okay, I realize that I've used an exclamation point at the end of nearly every sentence, but they are to show you how great the book is!!!I wish I could think of something to criticize about this book, but I can't. If anything, I'd criticize that it took them way to long to finally have sex, but then once they did, we are rewarded with like three solid chapters of love making, so I have to take that criticism back, as the wait turns out to be worth it ;)I think some would label this as a enemies-to-lovers story. And it does start out that way, but the character progression is so FLAWLESS, the 'enemy' part doesn't last too long. I hate it when the 'enemy' part is drawn out and dragged on through an entire book and not given up until the very end.The topics Ms. Clayton dealt with in romantic relationships in this book were: first impressions/misconceptions, snap judgments, assumptions, not communicating, and accepting feelings verses denying them. And it all rolled out so flawlessly! I know, I used that word already, but that's what this book is! JUST READ IT. If you love romantic comedies, then you won't be disappointed!
